Rump@blic enters the market with Rump@blic Sicilian Legacy and Rump@blic Mixology Line.
The flagship product of the brand, Sicilian Legacy is a very unique single batch, truly one of a kind, born from the experience of Illva Saronno and the historical knowledge of the Cantine Florio in Marsala.
An encounter between the highest quality Barbados rum, characterized by slow distillation in pot stills, and fine oak barrels from Cantine Florio in Marsala, where the rums are further aged for at least another 6 months to enhance their aroma and grant the rum unique and superior characteristics. The result is a pure, straightforward yet smooth rum, capable of evoking new and complex sensations on the palate, intertwining the Caribbean soul and the Sicilian spirit into a flavorful embrace.
To complete the offer, Rump@blic presents its Mixology Line, born from the collaboration of a group of professional bartenders led by Leonardo Pinto (one of the most famous rum experts in Italy and internationally recognized), with the desire to select rums with organoleptic characteristics ideal for mixing and creating the best rum blends, perfect for crafting the best-known and most sought-after cocktails, for both timeless classics and daring new creations.
The bartenders were involved in all aspects of the Rump@blic creation process, even the designing of the bottle, so easy to handle with its elegant, simple linear shape.
The two references for the Rump@blic Mixology Line are the WHITE BLEND and the GOLD BLEND, expressions of two different declinations of multi-origin rum.
WHITE BLEND
A blend born from the perfect balance between Panamanian rum (characterized by pleasant hints of vanilla, a slight fruity note and delicately spicy and aromatic notes due to the aging in ex-bourbon American oak barrels) and a pot-still distilled Barbados rum (aged three years in the caribbean and characterized by notes of cinnamon, ripe tropical fruit and a pleasant peppery finish). The combination of these two rums makes it a unique product that manages to give a twist to the most popular rum-based cocktails.
GOLD BLEND
This blend comes from the combination of a bold Jamaican rum, expressing the strength of its native island, with a fresher and more floral Panamanian rum. Cinnamon, allspice and vanilla perfectly marry the notes of fruit and caramel with a final twist of hot spices.
