DISARONNO INGREDIENTS UNVEILS NEW PRODUCTS AT SIGEP 2023 IN RIMINI

The 44th edition of SIGEP, the Rimini based International Exhibition of Artisanal Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee, has just ended. A unique event that allowed Disaronno Ingredients to get in touch and create new synergies with its interlocutors, industry professionals and ice cream enthusiasts from all over the world.

Dynamism and energy were the key words that characterized this edition, the ideal showcase wherein to present all the new products of the Disaronno Ingredients brands: the Montebianco line introduced Pure-A, products with a high fruit content obtained thanks to an innovative technology and available in 3 flavors: Strawberry, Mango and Passion fruit.

The All Natural line from Prodotti Stella has relaunched its FullyFruit innovation, available in 4 varieties: Strawberry, Mango, Passion fruit and Raspberry, perfect for creating delicious summer creams and for savoring the intense taste of fruit in delicious ice cream form.

Again by virtue of the attention to innovation always in service of the consumers’ new needs, two new types of yogurt have been introduced: Montebianco Soft Greek Yogurt, rich and full-bodied, and Skyr Soft from Prodotti Stella, a fresh Icelandic soft cheese, extremely healthy also thanks to its high protein content.

The partnership with Warner Bros continues as Disaronno Ingredients launches two new products in 2023 to expand the Looney Tunes line: after Tweety, two brand new flavors dedicated to Sylvester the Cat and Wile E. Coyote join the line. Two recipes designed to offer a unique and creative experience to the youngest Gelato and cartoon lovers!

The spearhead of both the range and the company division is without a doubt the historic Anselmi brand, which in 2023 presents two new flavors that have reaped incredible success at SIGEP and with Mrs. Anselmi herself, delighted in seeing the rebirth of the brand created by her family: Anima Florio, a velvety and liqueur-like paste with raisins macerated in fine Marsala Fine Ambra Florio, and Cassata Siciliana, a paste with a characteristic flavor of ricotta and orange blossom, with candied orange, citron, lemon and clementines as per Sicilian tradition.

Disaronno Ingredients can therefore leave the 44th edition of Sigep in Rimini banking on excellent results, not only from the point of view of the great variety of products offered, but above all the incredible appreciation received from customers and the constant interest of new interlocutors, confirming the division’s role as worldwide leader in the artisan gelato sector.
